Åberg who is a primary insider in Thinfilm.
Thinfilm issued Warrants to the subscribers of new shares in the rights issue
completed in the second quarter 2009. The Warrants are exercisable in the period
6-31 May 2010 and 1 September-6 November 2010.
Rolf Åberg exercised on 10 March 2010 54,408 Warrants at a subscription price of
NOK 0.11 per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Åberg and close
associates hold or control 178,216 shares, 0 (zero) Warrants and 1,150,000
incentive subscription rights.
