The Festival will be held at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington. The article quoted Equestrian Sport Productions president Mark Bellissimo about the growth the festival has experienced. He noted the event was in the red when his group took over in 2006. Since that time, the event has grown on an annual basis by 20 percent.

The article made note of the desire of the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce to open a new Equestrian Welcome Center at the Loxahatchee office.
