Between March 2, 2010 and May 3, 2010 a total of 18 000 shares have been
subscribed for with the 2003C stock options (FI0009649412). As a result of the
share subscriptions the share capital of Outokumpu Oyj has increased by EUR
30 600.00.
The increase in share capital has been entered into the Finnish trade register
on May 11, 2010 and the subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX
Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of May
12, 2010.
