DIAGNOS Announces Changes to Executive Chairman Compensation
(firmenpresse) - BROSSARD, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 11/26/12 -- DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge-extraction techniques, announces today changes to Mr. Philip Renaud compensation.
Mr. Renaud was named Executive Chairman in June of this year. Effective September 1st, 2012, in addition to stock options awards and quarterly fees of $4,750 for his role as Chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Renaud's compensation is also comprised of quarterly consulting fees of $12,500 for his duties as Executive Chairman.
All monies quoted in this press release shall be stated in lawful money of Canada.
