The seminar will cover how private and public exchanges work, the defined-contribution approach to health care, and how both affect employers.

The speaker will be Ashok Subramanian, founder of Liazon, America's largest private online benefits exchange. The program will offer the latest on these emerging trends in health care and include a technology demonstration.
