Senior Executive Brings Broad Operating and Financial Expertise to Thriving Marketing Services M&A Firm

Palermo will work with PALAZZO clients to provide financial advisory as well as guide M&A-related activity, alongside founder and President Phillip Palazzo, Jr. Using his experience and background as a strategic deal maker and trusted advisor, he will provide long-term, holistic solutions for PALAZZO's clients, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and financial performance strategy development, among other activities.
Mr. Palermo joins PALAZZO from M&A and business advisory firm Foster Hunt, where he served as Managing Director. He previously was Executive Principal-COO of Publicis Groupe Dialog division, managing integrated marketing services, including direct marketing, interactive, sales promotion and public relations, with a focus on fully integrated advertising and marketing services.
Prior to joining Publicis, Mr. Palermo was an agency principal and Executive Vice President/CFO of Gramercy Group. He also served as Vice President of Carlson Healthcare Communications, specializing in Rx & OTC marketing initiatives for physicians, patients, and consumers.
