Elcoteq SE will publish its first-quarter 2010 result on Wednesday, May 19, at
9.00 am (EET). The interim report will be available immediately after the
publishing on Elcoteq's website at www.elcoteq.com. A pdf file of the result
presentation will also be available on the website during the same day.

Elcoteq will hold a combined press conference, conference call and webcast in
English on Wednesday, May 19, at 2.30 pm (EET) in the Ambassador II -room (9(th)
floor of Scandic Hotel Continental, address: Mannerheimintie 46, Helsinki,
Finland).
