Telferscot Resources Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/29/12 -- Telferscot Resources Inc. (CNSX: TFS) ("Telferscot" or the "Company") announces that it has granted stock options to purchase up to 1,900,000 common shares of the Company to certain directors, officers and employees of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $0.15 per common share, a term of five years and vest in three equal tranches over two years.
