Evolution Acquires HRAnswerLink SaaS Business Applications
Purchase Expands Service Offerings, Delivers Development Expertise to BureauLink and HRAdmin Users
(firmenpresse) - BURLINGTON, VT and SARASOTA, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/29/12 -- Evolution (by iSystems), a leading software innovator serving the independent payroll industry, announced today that it has acquired the BureauLink and myHRAdmin business applications from HRAnswerLink, Inc. HRAnswerLink offers SaaS-based, customer-branded human resource services to more than 50,000 small and mid-sized businesses. The newly acquired products will be managed by evoPro Solutions, a division of Evolution based in Sarasota, Fla.
With the acquisition, BureauLink and myHRAdmin clients will gain access to additional development resources, while Evolution clients will benefit from an expanded suite of product offerings. BureauLink is a customer relationship management (CRM) product designed for payroll service bureaus to provide management tool sets to handle day to day operations and client relationships. myHRAdmin is a customizable human resource information system which allows users to maintain and track human resource related data such as employee management, HR training management and recruiting management. Both BureauLink and myHRAdmin allow companies to create dashboards, and reports, as well as build workflows, trigger emails and collect online data.
