Jupiter Primadona Growth Trust PLC ('the Company') announces that it purchased
1070 of the Company's Ordinary shares at 970.00p per share for holding in
Treasury.
Following this transaction the issued share capital of the Company is 4,364,993
shares of which 100,320 are held in Treasury.
For reporting purposes under FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the market
should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of
4,264,673 when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a
change to their interest, in Jupiter Primadona Growth Trust PLC.
