HPIL Holding Announces Cooperation Agreement With W.T.F.S.K.F.
(firmenpresse) - SAGINAW, MI -- (Marketwire) -- 11/30/12 -- HPIL Holding (the "Company" or "HPIL") (OTCQB: HPIL) is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary HPIL Art&Culture Inc. entered into a Cooperation Agreement with the World Traditional Fudokan Shotokan Karate-Do Federation, a worldwide karate federation, to develop and cooperate to expand projects between the parties beginning on November 27, 2012. The term of the agreement is two years unless terminated earlier by either party.
