RPF Consulting, LLC, owner and founder expects further growth with

Bielefeld/Cincinnati - May 14, 2010 - itelligence AG today announced its
majority interest (51 percent) in RPF Consulting, LLC, headquartered in
Atlanta, GA., which creates business intelligence and data warehousing
solutions for large and midmarket clients. With this strategic acquisition,
itelligence underscores its continuous commitment to the SAP product suite
and builds a solid foundation for entering the high-growth market of
business intelligence.
'Having acquired the majority interest in RPF Consulting, itelligence AG is
strengthening its competitive position in business intelligence - one of
the hot technologies in present and future markets,' commented Herbert

markets. itelligence will acquire the remaining 49 percent interest in RPF
Consulting by way of call options over the next few years.'
