DigitalTown Set to Release 4 QRT Software Tools

Following the webmail launch will be a second tool called Trusted Cell Phone which is a predator-averse parental/coach/teacher monitoring application which allows you to monitor all texts (SMS or MMS), phone calls, or images into or out of any android based cellular phone under your control. The iPhone version will follow.
For 2013 up to six software tools are being developed.
