Espey Declares Special Cash Dividend of $1.00 per Share and Increases Regular Cash Dividend to $0.25 per Share

(firmenpresse) - SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 12/03/12 -- The Board of Directors of Espey Mfg. & Electronics Corp. (NYSE MKT: ESP) has declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share. This special dividend is in addition to a regular quarterly dividend that has been increased from $0.225 to $0.25 of common stock per share. The dividends will be payable on December 20, 2012 to all shareholders of record on December 13, 2012.
