Morien Resources Corp. Announces Option Grants

(firmenpresse) - HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/03/12 -- Morien Resources Corp. (the "Corporation" or "Morien") (TSX VENTURE: MOX) announces the grant of a total of 2.5 million options to an aggregate of 12 individuals, being directors, officers and individuals providing services to Morien pursuant to a Services Agreement with Erdene Resource Development Corp.

Each option is exercisable for one common share of the Corporation until November 30, 2017 at an exercise price of $0.27. All of the options vest immediately with the exception of approximately 850,688 options, which will vest in three equal amounts at three month intervals beginning on March 3, 2013.
