Andrea Head Joins Heritage Bank of Commerce as Senior Vice President/Real Estate and Construction Lending
(firmenpresse) - SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/04/12 -- Heritage Bank of Commerce, the operating bank of Heritage Commerce Corp (NASDAQ: HTBK), today announced the addition of Andrea Head as Senior Vice President/Real Estate Lending at the Bank's Danville regional office. Andrea will be responsible for relationship management and real estate and construction lending, with a strong emphasis on the East Bay market.
"Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge to the position with nearly 30 years of banking experience throughout the East Bay, primarily focused in construction and real estate lending along with community banking across a broad range of industries," stated Walt Kaczmarek, President and CEO. Prior to joining the team at Heritage, Andrea served as Executive Vice President at Summit Bank in Oakland, Senior Managing Director-Relationship Management at First Republic Bank in Walnut Creek and with the Bank of Walnut Creek (Acquired by First Republic Bank) as Executive Vice President, Real Estate Division. Andrea is a long-time Walnut Creek resident with strong ties to the community including support of local education foundations, bond measures and volunteering. Andrea is married with two college-age children.
