Roy Budgell brings over 20 years of experience in operations and asset management
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/06/12 -- Evton Capital Partners, managers of the Evton Real Estate Fund LP, is pleased to announce that Roy Budgell has joined the firm as Director of Operations. With significant experience in real estate operations, asset and property management, he is expected to play a key role in Evton's ongoing growth and the Fund's delivery of superior returns.

Roy Budgell has over 20 years experience in managing commercial, industrial and retail properties throughout Canada. Prior to joining Evton, Roy was a General Manager of several AAA commercial assets within the GTA, which attained several awards including LEED Platinum EB-O&M, BOMA Best Level 4 and BOMA Certificates of Building and Management Excellence. Roy is an accredited member of the Industry of Housing Management and holds an FMA and RPA designation from BOMI Canada.
