DIAGNOS Inc.: Update on the Announcement Made November 21, 2012 on the Extension of Warrants Term

("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announces today an update on the extension of 15 months to the term for exercise of the eligible warrants issued as part of the most recent private placement announced on May 26, 2011.
In addition to what was announced on November 21, 2012, the number of warrants eligible to the extended term of 15 months totals 5,545,173 of which 73.83% is held by insiders of the Corporation.
The amendment to warrant term is currently under review by the TSX Venture.
