NONG - NEW TIER 2 AND TIER 1 ISSUES

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge (the "Bank") currently considers issuing a new Tier 1
perpetual bond of up to NOK 500 million and a new Tier 2 bond of up to NOK 500
million.
The bond issues were authorized in meetings of the Supervisory Board
(Representantskapet) in SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge on the 30th of March 2012. The
approval and accompanying guidelines related to the issuance were given by
letter from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) as of
28 November 2012.
The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway also gave the Bank approval to
call NONG42 PRO (ISIN: NO0010413008).
Arrangers are Danske Bank Markets, SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge Markets and SpareBank
1 Markets.
