WHY: To raise food, funds and awareness for the Food Bank's Children's Milk Program

The creative force behind is Angus Cowan. In 2010, Angus ran for a grueling 25 hours straight. In the last hour, he was joined by 400 Amblers. It was a great success, raising more than $44,000.

This early morning run, walk or roll is an important opportunity for raising not only food and funds but awareness of the and our Children's Milk Program. With hundreds of runners converging on pathways along the Bow River, we're hard to miss!

We are excited to announce that will be adding a second 5km Fun Run in the city of Edmonton this year, on Tuesday, December 18.
