(firmenpresse) - CHICO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/10/12 -- (PINKSHEETS: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure construction, commercial farming and mining companies, has rescheduled its shareholder conference call from Monday, December 10, 2012 to Monday, December 17, 2012. The call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PST), 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (EST). Updated dial-in information will be disseminated via news release within the next two days.

According to AmeraMex CEO Lee Hamre, he has been requested to attend a meeting with one of the company's largest customers and will be in transit Monday. Management apologizes for the inconvenience and looks forwarded to speaking with the company's shareholders Monday, December 17, 2012.
