Of seven nominees, Mark-Taylor boasted six finalists and four wins, from manager to groundskeeper.

Mark-Taylor's winners included Manager of the Year (250-plus units) Susan Burke, at La Entrada in Henderson, Nev.; Service Manager of the Year (250-plus units) Chico Lucero, Allegro at La Entrada; Leasing Consultant of the Year Tabitha Martinez, Allegro at La Entrada; and Groundskeeper of the Year Mike Luna, at Lone Mountain in Las Vegas. Other nominees and finalists were from Mark-Taylor's , also in Henderson.
