According to the notification, holdings of Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance
Company (Business ID: 0107638-1), Address: Porkkalankatu 1, 00018 ILMARINEN,
Finland) - in shares of Kemira Oyj (KRA1V) on December 10, 2012 fell below 5%
and was 7,418,582 shares, representing 4.78% of the share capital and votes in
the company.
The share capital of Kemira Oyj consists of 155,342,557 shares and each share is
entitled to one vote at the general meeting of shareholders.
