company organized under the laws of Belgium, having its registered office at
Avenue Louise 326, 1050 Brussels, announces that Asahi Tec Corporation, filed
with the Tokyo Stock Exchange its results for the fiscal year 2009 ending on
March 31, 2010.

A translation in English of the consolidated condensed financial statements (in
Japanese GAAP) for the fiscal year 2009 ending March 31, 2010, is available on
