Paciolan-Powered Teams to Participate in 29-of-35 Bowl Games and Represent Seven of the 10 BCS Bowl Teams
(firmenpresse) - IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/12/12 -- Paciolan, the leading provider of ticketing, marketing, fundraising and sales automation solutions in college athletics, including 105 college athletics institutions, announced today that the company powers ticket sales for teams represented in 29 of the 35 bowl games in the Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) 2012-13 bowl season from Dec. 15, 2012 to Jan. 7, 2013. Teams leveraging Paciolan's ticketing software represent seven of the 10 Bowl Championship Series (BCS) teams in four of the five BCS bowl games, including both teams participating in the BCS National Championship Game, the University of Notre Dame and University of Alabama.
Using the company's industry-leading software, several teams offered bowl ticket presales exclusively to their donors and season ticket holders, giving these fans the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public. Paciolan-powered teams also leveraged integrated email marketing, social media and retargeting campaigns to increase revenue and sell tickets to their fans, donors and customers.
Paciolan enables teams to promote a wide variety of bowl opportunities with online applications, allowing priority customers such as donors and season ticket holders early access to tickets. Paciolan clients also have an improved and broader marketing reach utilizing the company's marketing services, including its PACmail email marketing and retargeting solutions.
