Firegold Submits Prospectus to BaFin
December 13, 2012 - Mr. Stephen Mlot, President and CEO of Firegold Company
Ltd. (SA1F; Frankfurt/Berlin), is pleased to report to the general public
and its shareholders that the company has submitted a Prospectus to BaFin
in order to meet requirements and admission to move from the Open Market
trading platform to the Entry Standard trading platform of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange. The document was submitted on December 3rd.

the mining industry for the purpose of participating in the production of
precious metals. The Company's Business Plan is to identify strategic
opportunities in mining companies and/or projects that are at the advanced
