Dynamic Materials Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
(firmenpresse) - BOULDER, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/14/12 -- Dynamic Materials Corporation (DMC) (NASDAQ: BOOM) today announced that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable on January 14, 2013, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2012.
