PetroBakken Confirms December Dividend

("PetroBakken") (TSX: PBN) is pleased to announce that our cash dividend for the month of December will be paid on January 15, 2013 to all PetroBakken shareholders of record on December 30, 2012. The December dividend will be $0.08 per PetroBakken share. The ex-dividend date is December 24, 2012.

PetroBakken has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") that provides a convenient and cost-effective method for eligible shareholders to increase their investment in PetroBakken by reinvesting their monthly cash dividend to acquire additional common shares of PetroBakken.
