KAMPAC OIL M.E. GOES PUBLIC and SECURES EUR200 million FUNDING
DUBAI, May 21st , 2010 - Kampac Oil M.E. FZCO, ('Kampac') is pleased to
announce that on 12th April 2010, it listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
('FSE) Symbol : A55 and simultaneously signed a EUR200 million equity line
of credit facility with GEM Global Yield Fund Limited ('GEM global') to
finance the expansion and development of its Oil and Gas related projects
across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Kampac Oil M.E. FZCO, a multi-faceted Oil and Gas international company,
has principal activities in Exploration, Trading, Refining, Distribution,
Oil Infrastructure Development, Equipment supplies and Oil Services. It has
a global presence in over 13 countries, which also includes diversified
businesses interests in emerging and frontier markets namely Africa, Asia,
Middle East and South America. It will be listed on the FSE under the name
of Kampac International Limited.

Under the signed agreement, GEM global will provide funds to support the
development and implementation of Kampac's key projects in emerging
