Basware renews significant service-based Invoice Automation solution contract in
Norway
Basware has renewed a contract to provide its Invoice Automation solution as a
service to a major customer in Norway. The contract covers the processing of the
customer's e-invoicing in Norway. The value of the deal exceeds EUR 900,000 over
the next three years. The solution will be deployed using Software as a Service
(SaaS) delivery methods.
The customer is the largest vendor in its industry with over 2,000 employees and
turnover of almost NOK 7 billion. "We are very pleased to continue the
cooperation with our long-term customer", says Esa Tihilä, CEO Basware
Corporation. "The customer processes currently approximately 400,000
transactions annually. With the help of Basware's Invoice Automation solution,
over 60 per cent of the invoice processing is now electronic and the amount is
increasing. With our solutions companies can automate their invoice processing
and quickly benefit from lower costs per invoice."
