Ressources Minieres Pro-Or Inc.: Private Placement of Up to $250,000 Flow-Through Units

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 12/17/12 -- Ressources Minieres Pro-Or Inc. (POI) (TSX VENTURE: POI) announces that it is currently completing a private placement in the amount of $250 000. This placement is being offered to "Accredited Investors" in units of $5,000. Each unit is made up of:

The proceeds raised from the issuance of the Flow-Through Shares will be used to incur exploration expenditures on Menarik Property in James Bay, Quebec.

Shares issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a four (4) month hold period.

No finders' fee will be payable on the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval.
