On this occasion, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of Billionairesbest Inc., which is to become a 100% subsidiary of United States Investment Holding Inc. with immediate effect.
In the framework of a close and fruitful cooperation, we will plan and realise a future that is geared for success. In this respect, we have successfully saved another company from financial ruin - an undertaking which in most cases is doomed to failure due to excessive financial requirements. Rapid action was ultimately required, which we did accomplish.
Determined structures:
Phase I will be the financial hurdle that needs to be overcome. In this case, capital expenditures are estimated at 80,000,000 €.
Phase II consists in laying the foundation for the structure of the individual locations.
Phase III comprises the acquisition of the individual properties including buildings and access roads.
Phase IV comprises site preparation and earthworks as well as the construction of buildings and access roads.
Phase V comprises the completion of individual sites including buildings and access roads.
In Phase VI, the individual locations will be handed over to our subsidiary Billionairesbest Inc., which will be the operator.
