CERECONS(TM) Selected by Central Florida-Based Brevard Physicians Network to Provide ACO Enterprise Solution
(firmenpresse) - ANAHEIM HILLS, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/18/12 -- CERECONS, a leading provider of IT software for the healthcare industry, has been selected by Brevard Physicians Network (BPN) Independent Physicians Association (IPA) to provision and launch the CERECONS ACO Enterprise Solution for its two Central Florida healthcare groups.
CERECONS' innovative cloud-based ACO software will provide Brevard Physicians Group IPA and Medical Practitioners for Affordable Care (MPAC) ACO with powerful and tools that support their mission to provide quality, cost-efficient care to their patients. The CERECONS will also automate key business processes and administrative tasks and enable to medical records and medication renewals.
MPAC was chosen by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) to participate in its Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) in 2012, prompting them to acquire the CERECONS solution because of its robust, feature-rich set of ACO tools that are capable of serving multiple facilities across their enterprise. CERECONS was also selected for its quick implementation and ramp-up time, top-tier reporting capabilities, clinical alerts functionality, automated referrals and authorizations, and Patient Portal, which grants patients online access to their healthcare information.
