OPEL Technologies Inc. Completes Solar Asset Sale

(TSX VENTURE: OPL)(OTCQX: OPELF) ("OPEL") has received final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange for the sale of solar assets announced on December 14, 2012 and has completed the transaction.
