Continental Precious Minerals Inc.: 2012 Annual Meeting

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/19/12 -- Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX: CZQ) announced that the Ontario Superior Court of Justice today dismissed the application that Continental had commenced on October 19, 2012. Continental's annual meeting will proceed on December 20, 2012, as previously announced.
