Cybertech Climbs Top 50 Employer List
Edmonton-based Automation firm places in Nationwide Ranking
(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/20/12 -- Edmonton-based systems integration firm has again been named one of the "Best Small & Medium Employers in Canada". In a study performed by Aon Hewitt and the Queen's University School of Business, the Cybertech Group of Companies achieved top marks for the third year in a row.
"The Cybertech Automation and i-Gen Solutions results are fantastic. To see our ranking jump from 36 to 7, now top 10 in Canada, is amazing for our companies", says Mike Palamarek, Director at Cybertech. Cybertech was one of hundreds of companies across Canada that took part in the 2013 survey process by responding to questions that focus primarily on employee engagement. According to Aon Hewitt's definition, employee engagement is a measure of how positively employees feel about their employer, how likely they are to remain with that company and how committed they are to doing their utmost to help the company achieve success.
