City of New York Selects AssetWorks, a Subsidiary of Constellation Software's Volaris Group, for Comprehensive Fleet Asset Management System

("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) today announced that AssetWorks, a subsidiary of its wholly owned division Volaris Group, has signed a significant contract with the City of New York to upgrade their existing fleet asset management solution.
The City plans to use AssetWorks fleet management software to manage its fleet of 27,000 vehicles. AssetWorks is a leading provider of fleet management software, automated fuel management systems and motor pool and car sharing management systems. New York City joins a large number of city and county fleets that employ the AssetWorks solution for fleet asset management.
