(firmenpresse) - SAN MATEO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/20/12 -- Franklin Templeton Limited Duration Income Trust (NYSE MKT: FTF), a closed-end investment company managed by Franklin Advisers, Inc., announced today a dividend of $0.083 per share, payable January 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2012 (Ex-Dividend Date: December 27, 2012).
Based on the Fund's net asset value (NAV) of $14.22 at the close of the market on December 19, 2012, the Fund's monthly dividend represents an annualized yield at NAV of 7.00%. At the Fund's market price of $14.31 at the close of the NYSE MKT on December 19, 2012, the Fund's monthly dividend represents an annualized market yield of 6.96%.
