Full Metal Zinc Announces Change of Management

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/24/12 -- Full Metal Zinc Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: FZ) announces that Michael Williams has been appointed as interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Board has accepted Steve Hayes' resignation as Director, President and CEO. Mr. Hayes will become a consultant to the Board. The Company looks forward to Mr. Hayes continued contributions.

Steve Hayes stated, "The decision was a difficult one, given the quality of the FZ team and the flagship Fortymile asset, however a new opportunity has presented itself, which I felt compelled to pursue. I look forward to continued involvement with the FZ team as consultant to the FZ Board."
