Hamburg, 27th May 2010 - As announced at the Extraordinary General Meeting
in December 2009, the Annual General Meeting of UNYLON AG for financial
year 2008 was held in Hamburg after the completion of the audit of the
annual accounts.
The 2008 annual accounts were submitted to the Annual General Meeting. The
work of the company's Supervisory Board and Executive Board was approved.
No capital resolutions were made.
The consent of the Extraordinary General Meeting of December 2009, which
has in the meantime been disputed in the courts, to the sale of the shares
in UNYLON Polymers GmbH (now ATT Polymers GmbH) to Zak?ady Azotowe w
Tarnów-Mo?cice S.A. with its registered office in Tarnów, Poland was
withdrawn after the rejection of the confirming resolution by the Annual
General Meeting. The legal significance of this resolution - in particular
regarding the claims of UNYLON AG for the return of the shares in the GmbH
- is currently under review.
