Performance Nutrition's PowerBar brand has extended its longstanding partnership
with the World Triathlon Corporation, owner of the Ironman and Iron Girl brands,
in a new exclusive product sponsorship and licensing partnership.
Under the new agreement, the companies will introduce new Ironman PERFORM(TM)
ready-to-drink sports beverage in June 2010.
This new Ironman PERFORM(TM) sports drink is designed for endurance athletes and
features PowerBar(®)'s state-of-the-art C2MAX carbohydrate blend. C2MAX, is a
unique, carbohydrate formulation, based on groundbreaking research published in
the scientific journal, Medicine and Science in Sport and Exercise.
