TECHHEALTH EXPANDS PARTNERSHIP WITH XCHANGING
Xchanging to provide medical claims processing services for increased
organization performance and efficiency

CHICAGO 28 May, 2010 - TechHealth, Inc., a leading healthcare services and
technology company in the United States has reached agreement with Xchanging plc
(LSE:XCH), one of the largest and fastest growing business processors in the
world, to outsource mission critical back-office processes.  Founded in 1999,
TechHealth provides a variety of support services in the US health market,
including ancillary medical services such as facilitating the procurement of
durable medical equipment, diagnostic imaging, home health care, physical
therapy, pharmacy, transportation and translation services.  Tom Sweet, CEO of
TechHealth commented, "After an extensive review of BPO capabilities, Xchanging
clearly stood out as the best partner to meet our needs".

As part of the contract, Xchanging will provide a comprehensive solution to
support back-office operations including non-voice invoice services such as
faxing, obtaining medical documentation as well as voice operations such as
confirming delivery of durable medical equipment and obtaining medical
documentation in areas such as diagnostic reports, physical therapy notes, home
health notes, and prescriptions from doctors' offices.  These services will be
provided with an extensive security infrastructure in place to shield all
sensitive information.
