Every day people go online searching for products and services when they used to use the Yellow Pages for such results. Hundreds or even thousands of people per month search in the Reno area for things like “Dentist Reno, Chiropractor Sparks, Attorney Carson City”, etc. What is new in this last year is a variety of rating systems that people have filled out regarding their experience with that business, telling others whether it was a good or negative experience.
