STOCKHOLM, Sweden, 31 May, 2010 - Enea AB (NASDAQ OMX Nordic:ENEA) decided on
19 April 2010 to cancel 274,543 shares, which was registered on 25 May 2010.
Eneas's current holdings of own shares amounts to 727,500 shares after
cancellation. The total number of shares in Enea amounts to 18,081,171.
