The Jongo system offers users the choice to stream audio content via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Bluetooth allows users to stream content from any audio app on their smartphone or tablet, including locally stored music, to a single Jongo product. Using Wi-Fi along with the free app, users can get the additional benefit of listening to multiple, tightly synchronised Jongo products in a single room or in a multiroom environment. The new Pure Connect app gives users access to local music on their smartphone or tablet, thousands of radio stations, on-demand programs and podcasts, as well as millions of music tracks via the Pure Music subscription service(1). Users can simply add extra Jongo speakers or adapters on the same Wi-Fi network to build their multiroom system.
In addition, compatible Pure products such as and can seamlessly synchronize with members of the Jongo family and can even be used to control the system for a truly class leading multispeaker and multiroom experience.
The Pure portable, rechargeable wireless speaker ($229 MSRP) can be used on its own or grouped together with other Jongo speakers to deliver the most affordable multiroom audio system on the market today. Jongo products use Wi-Fi to stream audio within a single or multiroom environment. is included for more informal, one-to-one streaming which is ideal for use in the garden or for sharing the fun with friends. The Pure Jongo S340B offers despite its pint-sized proportions and comes with four tweeters, and an upward-firing subwoofer for powerful bass. Thanks to its five speakers and individual power amplifiers, Jongo delivers surprisingly punchy audio and with a simple press of the "audio" button on the rear of the unit, the user can select flexible audio profiles to make the most of any environment including 360 degrees sound for community listening (stereo or mono); forward facing stereo or outdoor boost. A battery pack is included as standard and provides up to 10 hours of listening per charge.

To use alongside the Jongo S340B, Pure will also offer , a powerful, stereo wireless speaker and , a hi-fi adapter as part of its Jongo multiroom music system.

Ideal as the main audio system in a large living room, Jongo T640B delivers rich, detailed and expansive audio using two custom designed, five inch full-range drive units with dual-concentric tweeters. Pure's new wireless hi-fi adapter allows users to transform any audio system, from a simple micro to a high-end hi-fi, into a music streamer and bring it into their multiroom system. Like all Jongo family products, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are integrated, and Jongo A140B comes with a high-quality 24-bit DAC (digital to analogue converter), optical and coaxial digital and dual phono analogue audio outputs.
