Pro-Or Closes $250 000 Private Placement

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 01/07/13 -- Ressources Minieres Pro-Or Inc. (TSX VENTURE: POI) has completed the previously announced private placement of units for a total amount of $250,000. Each unit was priced at $5,000.

This private placement was addressed to qualified investors and implicated the issuance of:

The proceeds raised from the issuance of the Flow-Through Shares will be used to incur exploration expenditures on Menarik Property in James Bay, Quebec.

Shares issued pursuant to the offering will be subject to a 120 days hold period.

Finder's fee will be payable on the transaction to:

Integral Wealth Securities Ltd: $8,000

The private placement was conditionally approved by the TSX.
