JVL Advisors, LLC Acquires Additional Common Shares of Epsilon Energy Ltd.

(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TEXAS -- (Marketwire) -- 01/07/13 -- From December 14, 2012 to January 4, 2013, JVL Advisors, LLC ("JVL") in conjunction with its principal owner, John V. Lovoi, and through funds controlled by one or both of JVL or Mr. Lovoi, acquired an additional 1,012,200 common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital Epsilon Energy Ltd. (TSX: EPS) ("Lynden") which increased their aggregate holdings of Lynden to 6,104,800 Common Shares, representing approximately 12.23% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares. The funds controlled by JVL and/or Mr. Lovoi are Navitas Fund, LP, Luxiver, LP, Asklepios Energy Fund, LP and Hephaestus Energy Fund, LP.
