(TSX VENTURE: SAH) ("Sahara") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Yiucho Yiu of Hong Kong as a director of Sahara, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Yiu has over twenty years' experience in business management in the petroleum industry. He has been a director of various private investment companies focusing on the oil-related industry in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He is also a shareholder and a director of China Great United Petroleum Investment Co. Limited of Hong Kong, a significant shareholder of Sahara.
