Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issues this notice on behalf of
shareholder ASAH AS, a company controlled by John Markus Lervik.
Thinfilm announced on 1 June 2010 that 93,193,875 Warrants had been exercised in
the exercise period 6-31 May 2010. After the exercise has been registered,
Thinfilm's share capital will amount to 239,105,029 shares.
ASAH AS exercised 4,400,000 Warrants at a price of NOK 0.11 per share.
Following the transaction, ASAH AS holds 24,600,000 shares and 0 (nil) Warrants,
corresponding to 10.3 per cent of the expanded share capital and votes of
Thinfilm.
