Cameco Provides Dates for Q4 Results and Conference Call

(firmenpresse) - SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN -- (Marketwire) -- 01/08/13 -- Cameco (TSX: CCO) (NYSE: CCJ) will issue its news release summarizing its fourth quarter and annual 2012 results after markets close on Friday, February 8, 2013. In addition, Cameco's 2012 annual audited financial statements with the accompanying notes as well as supplementary financial information for the fourth quarter will be posted on cameco.com. The 2012 annual management discussion and analysis will be posted on the website by Monday, February 11, 2013.

Cameco invites investors and the media to join its fourth quarter conference call with the company's senior executives on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern.

Cameco will discuss the financial results and company developments before opening the call to questions from investors and the media.
